如何將運動記錄匯至其他的運動APP

1.Android手機直接於Google Play商店下載 SyncMyTracks Free APP

(若是IOS手機的話沒有APP,請用電腦Android模擬器,建議使用BlueStacks)

2.Export From 選擇要匯出的來源平台,此以Nike+ Running為例,選擇Nike+ Run Club

3.登入您的帳號密碼,若當初以FaceBook登入者,則輸入Facebook的帳密,匯入的選項則選擇 Files directory(存到檔案目錄),File type(檔案格式)選擇.gpx

4.檢查無誤後,即可按右上角的Start開始截取資料

5.取得的資料畫面如下:檔案存放於 /storage/sdcard/SyncMyTracks/export下

在預設的目錄下可以看到剛剛匯出的檔案

6.接下來使用電腦的瀏覽器登入馬拉松世界網站 (在這之前需要先把手機匯出的.GPX檔存到電腦)

點選GPX上傳

7.選取之前存到電腦的檔案

image

8.點選開啟後,網站即會出現分析中的畫面,最後再按完成即可

多台寬頻分享器及無線網路同網域接法


若家裏有多台無線AP,按照無線AP的標準接法,則變成AP不在同一個網域,無法彼此分享檔案或裝置(如印表機),下圖的接法,可以讓您的所有連網裝置同屬一個網域,方便分享

Windows Security Log Event ID 680 Error

觀察伺服器的事件(安全 Security Events)
發現有台工作站持續的登入失敗~

Error Code:C000006A:user name is correct but the password is wrong
帳號正確,但密碼錯誤

該工作站作業系統為 Windows 7

可能原因:

使用者啟用了離線檔案(預設為啟用)且使用者啟用了離線檔案後變更了密碼

解決方法:

關閉離線檔案
